All custom orders must be placed directly with the artist. You will be given a price once I know the size and complexity of the design. The prices below are for the standard designs on this site, and may not apply to your custom order.

All floorcloths come with a thin sticky mat to hold them in place.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance

Floorcloths will be shipped rolled and protected in a box or tube.  We normally ship UPS, and sometimes FEDX for the smallest size. Please notify us immediately of any damage during shipment so that we can file an insurance claim.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to save all the packaging in which your floorcloth arrived. The standard procedure is for UPS to inspect the damage and all the packing materials prior to a claim being filed.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your new investment so take your time, and choose carefully because THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR STANDARD DESIGNS OR CUSTOM ORDERS. I  do not keep any floorcloths in stock. Each standard design on this site is hand-painted just for you, and custom floorcloths are designed specifically for you so please be clear about what you want to avoid any problems. Again, we recommend you request a painted rendering of your custom design for your approval before you place your order. Refer to the custom page for more info.
